大学生营养与美容公共选修课的教学改革与实践

基于大学生面临的营养学知识缺乏、饮食行为不良等问题,并结合大学生青年群体对自身健美的强烈追求,营养与美容已逐渐成为工科院校公选课程体系的一门重课程。在教育转型发展新形势下,针对学生营养学背景知识参差不齐,课程内容设置不合理等问题,从教学内容、教学手段、考核方式等方面对营养与美容课程教学体系改革进行初步探索,以期引导学生科学地看待膳食、营养与美容保健的关系,培养学生健康的饮食习惯,以营养促进美容的健康意识。
