地方本科院校应用型新工科人才培养模式探索

Exploration on the Training Mode of Applied New Engineering Talents in Local Universities

从地方本科院校培养应用型新工科人才的角度出发,探讨了一种基于微专业敏捷构建的人才培养模式。此模式采用主修专业与辅修专业相结合的方式构建培养方案,旨在培养与新经济发展相适应的应用型新工科人才。微专业紧密对接区域新经济发展需求,采用校企合作方式设置。针对微专业课时较少、学生基础不同的特点,课程教学主要采用项目化模式进行。通过教师导学和线上线下相结合的学习方式,保证项目教学的顺利实施,保障了人才培养目标的达成。

From the point of view of the training of applied new engineering talents in local universities,a model of talent training based on microprofessional agile construction is discussed.This mode adopts a combination of major and minor disciplines to build training programs,aiming at training applied new engineering talents adapting to the development of new economy.The micro specialty closely joins the needs of the new economic development of the region,and adopts the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise.In view of the characteristics of fewer courses and different students'base,the course teaching is mainly based on the project model.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project teaching through the study of teachers'guidance and the combination of online and offline,the goal of talent training is guaranteed.
