Discussion on the Connection between Talent Training and Regional Industrial Demand

本文结合"十二五"规划纲要中的重点内容进行关联性和协调问题研究,改变习惯的就教育论教育的思路,重新审视产业转型升级和大学生就业的关联性问题,将产业转型升级与大学生就业这两个热点难点问题结合起来分析,以某高校材料科学与工程学院的人才培养和专业设置改革为例,分析探索构建高校人才培养与产业需求对接的协调机制和方法。

According to the main points of the 12th Five-year plan outline for association and coordination problems research,re-examining the relevance of industrial transformation and upgrading and university students'employment problem,we chose the innovation of one materials science and engineering department as an example,combing two complicated problems of the industrial transformation and upgrading and the employment pressure of the graduated students,to analyze and explore the construction of coordination mechanism between college talent training and the industry demand docking.
