摘要
绿色教育是素质教育不断深化过程中提出的新理念,是可持续发展的教育。在食品化学实验中进行绿色化教育教学探索,必须首先理解食品化学实验绿色课堂的内涵及特点;在此基础上,通过开发微型实验项目、严控实验化学品的用量、改进实验内容与方法和利用多媒体仿真实验教学等途径进行食品化学实验绿色课堂的构建尝试。
Green education is a new concept put forward in the deepening process of quality education,and it is the education of sustainable development.To explore the green teaching of food chemistry experiment,we need to understand the connotation and characteristics of green food chemistry experiment class;on this basis,we try to build a green classroom of food chemistry experiment through developing micro scale experimental projects,strictly controlling the dosage of experimental chemicals,improving experimental contents and methods,and using multimedia simulation experiment teaching.
