近年来,高职院校越来越重视开展职业指导,形式和内容也随着不断发展。然而,据调查显示,目前高职学生所接受的职业指导质量并不高。了解目前高职院校职业指导的质量现状;深究其职业指导质量不高的原因;针对原因,采取完善和落实制度,提高职业指导工作队伍素质,开展预防性职业指导,重整指导思路和改进指导内容,创新职业指导方法,校企协同等措施促进高职院校职业指导质量的提升。

In recent years,vocational colleges increasingly put emphasis on vocational guidance,along with continuous development in its form and content.However it is revealed that,according to the survey,currently career guidance quality for vocational students is not high.This thesis aims tounderstand the current status of the quality of vocational guidance in vocational colleges;to research for the reasons for low quality of their career guidance;to make suggestion on taking actions to improve the quality of career guidance workforce and carrying out preventive career guidance;to make advise of reforming ideas and content of guidance;to suggest on innovating methods of vocational guidance and other measures to promote school-enterprise collaboration to improve the quality of vocational guidance in vocational colleges.
