摘要
高校作为培养高级专业人才的重要渠道,应适应经济社会发展的需要,在人才培养方面创新教育模式,坚持"以德树人"的理念,从而更好地服务地方经济。从高等教育改革发展的本质要求出发,应从创新型学校环境、创新型教师培养、创新型教学方法三个方面探索"以德树人"教育模式的新道路,使"教育"从"教"的层面真正提升到"育"的层面。
As an important channel for cultivating senior professionals,colleges and universities should meet the needs of economic and social development.In the field of personnel training innovative education model and adhere to the"morality education"concept,so as to better serve the local economy.Starting from the essential requirements of the reform and development of higher education,we should explore the new path of the educational model of"morality education"from the aspects of innovative school environment,innovative teacher training and innovative teaching method.So that"teach"Level really promoted to the"educate"level.
