摘要
职称评审制度是专业技术人才评价和管理的基本制度,本文以四川省高校职称评审的现状研究数据和评审社会化的背景为基础,分析四川高校职称评审社会性的可行性和必要性,认为建立社会化评审,对于丰富高校职称评价方式,提升职称评审的公信力,完善人才评价体系有重要意义。
