多渠道改革考核模式 提升工程教育质量

摘要 社会经济的发展对工程教育人才培养的质量提出更高的要求。目前高校工科专业对学生课程学习的考核评价方式较为单一,二者间的矛盾已成为制约提高人才培养质量的一个重要因素,由此提出多渠道的课程考核改革模式。首先,以立德树人为本,加强学生考风考纪教育,从思想上树立诚信应考的良好风气;其次,针对基础理论类型的课程,以建设考试题(卷)库的方式实现教考分离,夯实基础理论知识的学习。对于专业应用类型的课程,开展全过程型的考核评价模式,丰富教学过程评价形式,加大平时成绩的比重,塑造创新型的专业人才。 The development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for the quality of engineering education in talent training.At present,the assessment model of the students'course study is still relatively single in many technological universities.The contradiction between the two sides has become an important factor that hinders the improvement of the quality of personnel training.Therefore,the reform of assessment model has been put forward in many ways.First of all,enhancing morality and foster talents,and establishing good faith in honesty in mind.Secondly,the separation of teaching and examination is achieved by building examination libraries in the basic theory courses.An assessment model of the whole education process is developed for the professional application courses by enriching the form of teaching process evaluation and increasing the proportion of ordinary achievements.All of this can be used to train the innovative professional talents.
