电气信息大类招生培养模式的探索——以哈尔滨工程大学为例

Exploration of Subject-enrolment Training Mode on Electrical Information Major——Taking Harbin Engineering University as the Research Object

大类招生作为一种适应时代发展和高等教育发展需要的新型招生模式,在人才培养上有许多独到的优势,为此部分高校正在积极实施"大类招生、分流培养"的人才培养模式,然而在学生培养实践过程中出现了冷热门专业分化明显、专业分流不均衡的问题,针对这一问题,本文调查分析了影响专业分流的主要因素并给出了一些改进建议,以为大类培养模式下的专业分流提供一些参考。

Subject enrolment training,as a new type of enrollment mode adapting to the development of the times and the higher education,has many distinctive advantages in talent cultivation,and some domestic universities are actively carrying out the new talent-training mode of"subject enrolment and diffluence cultivation".However,there appear the problems of obvious differences in major selection and unbalanced major distribution.Aiming at the problems,this paper investigates and analyzes the main factors affecting the major diffluence and puts forward some suggestion so as to provide some reference for the major diffluence in the subject enrolment mode.
