在"新工科"教育理念下,地方高校应积极参照工程教育的新理念、新模式,遵循高等工程教育发展规律,坚持以"社会需求为导向、学生为中心"的教育思想。不断推进工程教育改革,促进工程技术人才培养质量的稳步提升。本文探讨了新工程人才的培养路径,以为我国培养创新型人才提供思路。

Under the idea of new engineering education,local universities should actively consult new concepts and new models of engineering education,and follow the development law of higher engineering education.Adhere to the social needs as the guide,students as the center of education idea.Continue to push forward the reform of engineering education,and promote the quality of engineering technical talents steadily.This paper probes into the training way of new engineering talents,and provides the train of thought for training innovative talents in China.
