食品类专业中高职衔接人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 以新疆轻工职业技术学院食品类专业为例,对中高职衔接人才培养模式进行研究。重点探讨中高职一体化人才培养目标改革、三二分段课程体系设置与优化、实践能力培养模式改革等三个方面的内容,为食品类专业中高职人才培养方案的优化提供借鉴。 Taking the food specialty of Xinjiang Vocational College of Light Industry as an example,this paper studies the mode of talent training in secondary and higher vocational education.Focus on integrated vocational talents training goal,reform the training mode reform of curriculum system,practice ability and optimization of sections from three aspects,to provide reference for the optimization of food specialty in higher vocational talents training.
