摘要
随着近年来中芬两国教育交流的增强,芬兰的职业教师教育对我国职业教师教育也持续产生着影响。当前芬兰职业教师教育项目,其课程设置采取分模块授课,按照导师制等多种形式改进学习模式的指导,重视现代教育技术的学习和实践能力培养,在过程中始终将职业教师核心素养作为教师教育的重点。
With the increase of Finland educational exchanges between the two countries in recent years,Finland's occupation of teacher education in our country occupation teacher education has continued to influence.The Finland occupation teacher education program,the teaching module of its curriculum,in accordance with the tutor and other forms of improved learning guidance,pay attention to the training of modern educational technology learning and practice ability in the process,and always will be the occupation of teacher's core literacy as the focus of teacher education.
