摘要 叔丁醇是一种多用途的化学产品和中间体。其不仅可用作酚醛树脂和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的合成中间体、抗氧化剂、溶剂和医药中间体,还可代替MTBE作为汽油添加剂。随着环境污染日益严重,推广使用乙醇汽油不得不让炼化企业面临MTBE装置的停产或者转产问题。叔丁醇作为混合C4的下游产品之一,有望代替MTBE呈现广阔的市场前景。本文主要介绍几种叔丁醇的合成方法并对其合理化利用提出一些建议。 Tert-butyl alcohol is a chemical product with a wide range of uses.It can be used not only as a synthesis intermediate of phenolic resin and methyl methacrylate,as an antioxidant,solvent and pharmaceutical intermediate,but also as a gasoline additive instead of MTBE.With the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the promotion of the use of ethanol gasoline has forced refineries to face the problem of the suspension or conversion of MTBE devices.Tert-butanol,as one of the downstream products of mixed C4,is expected to replace MTBE and present a broad market prospect.This article mainly introduces several methods for synthesizing tert-butanol,and puts forward some suggestions for its rational use.
