摘要
目的测定小檗碱对肠道菌的抑制作用。方法选取24株需氧、厌氧肠道菌,利用试管倍比稀释法,测定小檗碱对各种肠道菌的MIC值;再选取有代表意义的4种肠道菌,分别检测小檗碱对4种肠道菌生长曲线的影响。结果小檗碱对24株肠道菌均表现出不同程度的抑制作用,大部分抑制较弱(最低MIC为64μg/ml)。其中,小檗碱对能够引起肠道感染的痢疾志贺菌、弗氏志贺菌的抑制作用相对较强,对其他正常菌抑制较弱。生长曲线的测定表明,小檗碱对4种有代表意义的肠道菌在对数生长期和稳定期均有明显的抑制作用,且随着小檗碱浓度的增高,抑制作用增强。结论小檗碱治疗胃肠道感染,在一定程度上依赖于小檗碱对致病性肠道菌的抑制作用以及小檗碱对肠道菌群的调节。
Objective To examine the antibacterial activity of berberine on intestinal bacteria.Methods The MICs of berberine on intestinal bacteria,including 24 kinds of aerobic and anaerobic types,were detected using tube dilution method.Then effects of berberine on 4 representative intestinal strains were measured by the growth curve.Results Berberine had different inhibitory effect on 24 kinds of intestinal bacteria,with the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)mostly over 64μg/ml.The inhibitory effects of berberine were relatively strong on pathogenic bacteria Shigella dysenteriae and Shigella flexneri,while weak on most intestinal bacteria.Based on the growth curve data,berberine exhibited apparent inhibition in the rapidly growing and stable phase of 4 representative intestinal strains in a concentration-dependent way.Conclusion The gastrointestinal anti-infection effect of berberine is dependent on the inhibition of pathogenic bacteria,as well as the regulation of intestinal strains.
