Financial Intermediary in the National-Integrated System of Military-civilian Integration

军民融合型国家创新系统是一个以中介组织为中心的"六边形"网络,金融中介为企业融资搭建平台,为科研项目提供资金支持。本文总结我国国防科技创新、国防工业领域主要金融中介使用情况及存在的问题,构思"军民融合型国家创新系统"金融中介体系架构图,并对以金融中介为连接器全方位创建科技军民融合融资模式提出了相应建议。

The Military-civilian Merging National Innovation System is a“hexagonal”network centered on intermediary organizations.financial intermediaries set up a platform for enterprise financing and provide financial support for scientific research projects.This paper summarizes the use and existing problems of the major financial intermediaries in the field of national defense science and technology innovation and national defense industry,and constructs a framework map of the financial intermediary system based on the“Military-civilian Merging National Innovation System”.The paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on building a Science and Technology Military-civilian Merging financial mode with financial intermediaries as connectors.
