Optimizing the Ecological Development of Renewable Energy in the Adjustment of Interests

针对我国可再生能源发展过程中长期以来遇到的问题,本文探究了其原因,提出在制定能源政策时,尤其是在电力市场化改革中,需要重点处理的几个关系,并就如何优化可再生能源发展生态,给出了相应的对策建议。

In view of the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered in the development of renewable energy in China for a long time,this paper analyses the crux of the renewable energy industry from the perspective of its interest pattern.Then we put forward that the relationship between the long-term and short-term,the global and the local and the relationship between the plan and the market should be dealt with in the policy making,especially in the reform of the electricity market.And on how to build a good,mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial ecological circle and realize the benign and sustainable development of renewable energy industry,it is necessary to give consideration to the relevant interests of local governments,to stabilize the expectation of the industry policy,to regulate the relationship between renewable energy and thermal power through the market means,and to consider the related demands of the power grid enterprises,and share the benefits of development with local residents.
