摘要
建构以治理理论为基础的合作机制是高校发展性学生工作的新探索,其集中体现在工作要素的相互性展开、场域的民主化互动和主体的"他在性"共融等三个维度,以期达到育人为本的发展性学生工作的善治目标。
The construction of cooperative mechanism based on the governance theory is a new exploration of the developmental student service in universities.It is embodied in three dimensions:the mutuality of the factors involved in the developmental student service,the democratization interaction of fields,and the communion of the subject“otherness”,so as to achieve the aim of good governance in the developmental student service which is cultivation-oriented.
