摘要
功率放大器是通信对抗系统中的重要设备,其工作稳定性和可靠性非常重要,由于功率放大器比较昂贵并且相对脆弱,在设计中必须考虑如何保护功率放大器,因此控制保护电路起着非常关键的作用。该文对控保电路进行详细的分析和研究,采用硬件电路设计模式,实时监测功放电流、温度、功率等状态信息并根据比较判断结果执行保护措施,并向监控上报功放各工作状态,规避风险,从而极大地提高了功放的可靠性。
The power amplifier is important equipment in the communication countermeasure system,especially on the stability and reliability.Since the power amplifiers expensive and fragile,it is necessary to consider hot to protect the power amplifier during the design.Therefore,the control and protection circuit plays crucial rules.In this paper,we made detailed analysis and investigation on the control and protection circuit,achieving the task of real-time monitoring on the power amplifier current,temperature,power etc.Based on the collected information,we can make a comparison and produce a decision to implement the corresponding protection measures.After that,the working status information is reported to the monitoring system to avoid risk,improving the stabili ty and reliability of the power amplifier.
