摘要
太赫兹波以其独特的性质深受研究者的喜爱,近年来太赫兹波的产生以及太赫兹探测技术的不断发展,太赫兹光谱检测技术被广泛运用。如今人们不断的把太赫兹技术运用到三维成像、近场显微、无损探伤等场景。各种新的方法也不断被运用到太赫兹探测技术中,如主成分分析、支持向量机、人工神经网络等,在此期间研究者们也积极开展了太赫兹技术在农产品检测中的应用研究。该文介绍了THz波的概念和性质以及相关技术手段,接着对太赫兹技术在农产品检测上的应用研究进行综述,分析其中的问题并对THz波检测技术在农产品相关应用前景进行总结。
Terahertz waves are very popular with researchers because of their unique properties.In recent years,the generation of terahertz waves and the continuous development of terahertz detection technology,terahertz spectral detection technology has been widely used.Today,people are constantly applying terahertz technology to three-dimensional imaging,near-field microscopy,and nondestructive testing.Various new methods have also been applied to terahertz detection technologies,such as principal component analysis,support vector ma-chines,and artificial neural networks.During this period,researchers have also actively applied terahertz technology in the detection of agricultural products.The article introduced the concept and nature of THz wave and related technical means.Then it summarized the application research of THz technology in agricultural pro duct detection,analyzed the problems,and summarized the application prospect of THz wave detection technology in agricultural products.
