一起山羊传染性胸膜肺炎疫情的暴发调查

Investigation on an Outbreak of Infectious Pleuropneumonia in Goats

2017年11月,云南省玉溪市某乡镇引进的167只种羊在隔离饲养期间出现发热、流鼻涕、咳嗽、流产、死亡等情况,累计发病159只,袭击率为95.21%(159/167),病死率为40.25%(64/159)。为调查本起疫情的发生原因,开展了紧急流行病学调查。综合病羊临床症状、流行病学情况和实验室检测结果,确诊本起疫情为支原体感染引起的山羊传染性胸膜肺炎。分析认为,引种不规范、天气变化应激、饲养管理不到位等是引发疫情的主要原因。通过采取对症及对因治疗、消毒、加强饲养管理等干预措施,疫情得到了有效控制。本次暴发调查提示,引入种羊时要进行规范的隔离检疫,同时要加强饲养管理,减少应激。

In November 2017,167 breeding sheep introduced by a township of Yuxi City in Yunnan Province occurred fever,runny noses,cough,miscarriage and death during the period of isolation.A total of 159 sheep were attacked,the attack rate was 95.21%(159/167);64 of them died,the fatality rate was 40.25%(64/159).In order to investigate the cause of disease,an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out.Based on the clinical symptoms,epidemiological history and laboratory tests,the disease was finally confirmed as an outbreak of infectious pleuropneumonia in goats,which was caused by mycoplasma infection.According to further analysis,the epidemic was mainly caused by non-standard introduction of breeding sheep,stress response of whether changes and the inadequate feeding and management,etc.The epidemic was effectively controlled through adopting some appropriate measures.The outbreak investigation indicated that standard isolation,inspection and quarantine should be adopted during introduction of breeding sheep,feeding and management should also be strengthened so as to reduce the stress of sheep.
