不同磷肥用量对中磷土壤油麦菜产量和品质的影响

Effect of Phosphate Fertilizer Rates on Yield and Quality of Lettuce in the Soil with Medium Phosphorus Level

摘要 我们采用田间小区试验研究了不同磷肥用量对中磷土壤油麦菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与不施磷肥相比,不同施磷量均使油麦菜产量提高,其中以P4提高最多。不同磷肥用量对油麦菜营养特性影响各异。与不施磷相比,除P3使油麦菜叶维生素C含量降低外,其余处理均提高,其中P5增幅最大(增20.3%);P1和P2处理使油麦菜叶可溶性糖含量分别提高4.8%和0.3%,其余处理均降低;P2处理使氨基酸含量提高,其余处理均降低;除P4和P5提高硝酸盐含量,其余处理均使其硝酸盐含量降低。各处理均使油麦菜全氮含量提高,其中P4增幅最高(增6.3%);除P2和P3分别使全磷含量下降外,其余处理均提高,其中P4增幅最大;各处理的全钾含量均不同程度地降低。在一定施磷量范围内,油麦菜对磷素的吸收和利用率随施肥量的增加而提高,其中以P4处理达到最高。 Field experiments were conducted to investigate effects of different phosphorus(P)fertilizer rates on yields and quality of lettuce grown in the soil with medium P level.Results indicated that yields of lettuce were improved by P fertilizer as compared to the no P treatment and the maximum yield was obtained from the P 4 treatment.Different P rates had different effect on quality of lettuce.Except P 3,contents of vitamin C in the other treatments were increased and the best yield was achieved in the P 5 treatment.Soluble sugar contents of lettuce were increased by 4.8%and 0.3%in the P 1 and P 2 treatments,but reduced in the others.Except the P 2 treatment,amino acid contents in lettuce leaf were enhanced in the other treatments.Except P 4 and P 5,nitrate contents were increased by the rest rate treatments.Total N content in lettuce leaf was increased by all the treatment and the the P 4 treatment produced the highest yield(up to 6.3%).Expect P 2 and P 3,total P contents in lettuce in the other treatments were enhanced and total K content in lettuce was increased in all the treatments.In certain range,P uptake and use efficiency by lettuce were increased with P rates,and the highest was in the P 4 treatment.
