摘要
在实际工程中,外窗周边墙体热工设计往往被忽略,因而影响了节能建筑围护结构的整体保温性能。严寒地区某住宅建筑采用夹心墙体作为建筑外围护结构,冬季外窗周围墙体的内侧结冰严重。论文运用热桥线传热系数计算软件PTemp对其围护结构的外窗周边墙体部位进行模拟计算分析。研究结果表明,由于结构原因,采用夹心墙作为建筑围护结构时,在外窗周围会形成热桥。在严寒季节,室外温度非常低,造成热桥部位室内侧表面温度低于0℃,产生结冰。因此,夹心墙围护结构不宜在严寒地区使用。
In the actual project,thermal design of the walls around the window is often neglected,which sometimes affects the overall thermal insulation performance of the energy-saving building envelope.A residential building in the severe cold area has sandwich walls.An amount of ices appear on the inner surface of walls around the windows in winter.This paper analyzes the heat transfer coefficient of the heat bridge.The results show that the heat bridge is formed inside the walls around the window because of the structure of the walls around the window is different with other parts.In winter,the outdoor temperature is rather low and the inner surface temperature of the walls around the window drops below 0℃because of the heat bridge.Ice thus from on the surface.The sandwich wall envelope is not suitable for the severe cold area.
