不均匀沉降控制是软弱土地基处理的关键。论文结合昆明滇池周边某工程,根据建筑物特性、地基岩土工程、土层物理力学特点,综合提出了处理软弱土地基不均匀沉降的桩基加固措施,阐明了地基处理的机理和工艺要点。工程建成后,地基变形满足规程要求,采用处理软弱土地基不均匀沉降的方法可以为同类工程提供参考,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Differential settlement is the key problem of foundation treatment on soft ground.Based on the characteristics of building,geotechnical engineering and physical and mechanical characteristics of soil layer,the paper puts forward the reinforcement measures of pile foundation for treating uneven settlement of soft soil base,expounds the mechanism and key points of foundation treatment,and satisfies the requirement of foundation deformation after the project is completed.The treatment method of uneven settlement of soft soil Foundation can provide reference for similar projects,and has some reference significance.
