“互联网+”时代智慧油气田建设的构想与探索 被引量:8

摘要 在信息科学技术快速发展的今天,以"互联网+"为核心的第三次工业革命正悄然拉开序幕,对目前仍然处于传统模式的油气田开发行业带来了巨大机遇与挑战。近年来中国石油塔里木油田在分析传统油气开发行业生产特征、现实矛盾和竞争优势的基础上,提出了"物(感知物)+云(大数据)+网(物联网、互联网)+端(手持终端)"智慧油气田建设的构想模型,结合智慧油气田建设的"时效+协同+持续"理念,展现了应用"互联网+"新思维建设智慧油气田的初步成果,并用具体事例展示了在实现生产组织扁平化、信息传输网络化、技术管理数字化、人力资源最优化等方面取得的显著效益,为传统油气开发行业的转型升级提供了借鉴。 Presently,with the rapid development of information science and technology,the third industrial revolution with"Internet+"as the core quietly begins and brings great opportunities and challenges to the oil and gas field development industry which is still in the traditional mode.Based on the analysis of production characteristics,practical contradictions and competitive advantages of the traditional oil and gas development industry,the conceptual model of smart oil and gas field construction of"object(perception)+cloud(big data)+network(logistics network,Internet)+terminal(hand-hold terminal)"is put forward.Combined with the idea of"timeliness+synergy+persistence"for the construction of smart oil and gas field,the preliminary exploration result of the smart oil and gas field construction with the new idea of"Internet+"is shown.Meanwhile,specific examples are used to prove the significant benefits after achieving the production organization flatted,information transmission networked,technology management digitized,and human resource optimized,which provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional oil and gas development industry.
