埕岛油田原油集输管网仿真及平台回压预测研究

Simulation of the Crude Oil Gathering and Transportation Pipeline Network and Prediction Research of the Platform Return Pressure in Chengdao Oilfield

摘要 按照埕岛油田"十三五"规划的提液要求,油田三个中心平台存在处理规模不足、末端平台回压较高等问题,因此需对各平台所辖管网进行调整,提升平台的现有液量处理能力。通过对生产数据进行分析,利用PIPEPHASE软件对埕岛油田三个中心平台集输管网进行了仿真计算。用现阶段生产数据对仿真模型进行精度验证和调整优化,得到了精度较高的管网仿真模型。用优化后的高精度仿真模型对三个中心平台2025年的井口回压进行了预测,发现中心一号、三号平台的CB701和CB22D卫星平台的井口回压分别达到了2.41和2.42 MPa,逼近生产临界值2.5 MPa,因此未来生产过程中需对这两个卫星平台进行严密监控,防止超压,保障油田正常生产。 According to the requirement of increasing production for the 13th five-year plan of Chengdao Oilfield,three central platforms of the oilfield have problems of insufficient treatment scales and high return pressure of the end of platforms,so pipeline networks belong to the platforms should be adjusted to improve the platform liquid treatment capacity.Based on the analysis of the production data,the simulation of the gathering and transportation pipeline network of the three central platforms is carried out by using PIPEPHASE software.The present production data is utilized to verify the accuracy of the simulating model and adjust the model,thus obtaining the pipeline network simulation model with high accuracy.The well head return pressure of the three central platforms in 2025 is predicted by the optimized simulation model with high accuracy.It is found that the well head return pressure of the CB701 and CB22D satellite platform of No.1 and No.3 central platform has reached to 2.41 MPa and 2.42 MPa respectively,which have approximated the limit value of 2.5 MPa,so the two satellite platforms should be closely monitored in the future to avoid overpressure and ensure the regular production of the oilfield.
