摘要
油田采出水回注已成为当今石油工业促进油田高产稳产的重要手段之一,但在回注过程中由于采出水腐蚀介质的多样性,难免造成管线内腐蚀破坏。某油田回注水受温度、流速、p H值、盐度等腐蚀因素的影响,结合电化学法及挂片法研究了油田回注水管线腐蚀机理,对3种缓蚀剂A-01、A-02和B-01进行了优选及配伍性实验,结果表明缓蚀剂复配效果优于单独使用,并根据实验结果在2口井上进行了单井缓蚀剂现场试验,B-01缓蚀剂的缓蚀率分别为97.52%,98.83%,2口防腐井共节省加药费用约189万元。
Reinjection of oilfield produced water has become one of the most important measures to promote high and stable output of oilfields in petroleum industry today.However,due to the diversity of corrosive media produced during injection process,it is inevitable to cause corrosion damage in pipeline.The reinjection water in an oilfield is influenced by corrosion factors such as temperature,flow rate,pH value and salinity.Combined with the electrochemical method and coupon method,the corrosion mechanism of the oilfield reinjection water pipeline is studied.Optimized selection and the compatibility experiment are conducted to three corrosion inhibitors A-01,A-02 and B-01.The results show that the compounding effect of the corrosion inhibitor is better than that of the single one.Based on the experimental results,the single well corrosion inhibitor field test is carried out on two wells.The inhibition rate of corrosion inhibitor B-01 is 97.52%and 98.83%respectively,and the two wells with anti-corrosion measures can save dosing cost by 1.89 million yuan.
