摘要
对澄合矿区煤矸石进行理化分析,选择出适合制备泡沫混凝土的煤矸石及其粒度,经正交实验探究影响制备泡沫混凝土的主要因素及最佳泡沫加入量条件,并对减水剂的影响进行探究。结果表明,WX矿自然级煤矸石最适于制备泡沫混凝土;在发泡剂发泡温度90℃,发泡时间4 h,加入泡沫量40 m L,煤矸石粒度为250~200目,并有减水剂加入时,制备出的泡沫混凝土抗压强度最强,达到3. 28 MPa。
Physical and chemical coal gangue of Chenghe were analysed,choose the suitable grain size and coal gangue for the preparation of coal gangue foam concrete,explored influence factors and the best foam addition amount of preparing foam concrete conditions through orthogonal experiment,and explored the influence of the water reducing agent.The results have shown that:WX natural rank is most suitable for preparation of coal gangue foam concrete,the foaming agent froth temperature is 90℃,hydrolysis time for 4 h,foam quantity for 40 mL,when coal gangue grain size is 250~200 mesh with water reducing,the highest compressive strength of foam concrete can reach 3.28 MPa.
