稀土Eu^(3+)配合物原位掺杂纳米硅球的制备及其发光性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在合成纳米硅球的过程中掺入硅烷偶联剂改性的有机配体分子与稀土铕盐,通过有机配体分子的配位作用与水解-缩聚效应,将Eu^(3+)原位共价地包裹到硅球中,制备了具有稳定荧光性能的纳米硅球,对其荧光性能进行了表征,发现其在pH=5~9的弱酸碱体系中荧光均较为稳定。 A kind of rare earth(Eu 3+)complexes functional silicon nano-sphere was synthesized by in-situ sol-gel technology.The organosilylated TTA ligand used here was introduced into the silicon oxide matrices by hydrolysis and co-condensation reactions with the TEOS,which acts as a bifunctional molecular bridge.The photoluminescent properties of the resulted silicon nano-sphere were characterized in details,and found stability in the weak acidic/alkaline condition(pH=5~9).
