音圈电机喷油器结构参数对喷油性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究音圈电机(voice coil motor,VCM)喷油器特性,利用AMESim软件建立音圈电机喷油系统的一维液力仿真模型,并验证了其准确性。通过对不同喷油器结构参数的仿真研究,分析了喷油器柱塞和针阀的结构参数对喷油压力、动态响应特性及流量特性的影响规律。结果表明喷油器结构参数的变化对针阀动态响应性、喷油压力、循环喷油量等喷油性能参数具有重要影响,柱塞的质量、弹簧刚度过大或者针阀质量过小,都会造成系统的不稳定。 The one-dimensional hydrodynamic model of a voice coil motor(VCM)fuel injection system was established by using the software AMESim,and the injected fuel mass at different injection durations was measured on an engine test-bench and compared with the simulation results to verify the built model.The effects of the structural parameters of piston and needle valve on fuel injection pressure,dynamic response of the needle valve and cycle fuel injection quantity were analyzed through the numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the structural parameters of VCM injector play an important role in the control of the fuel injection pressure and cycle injection quantity.Overweight piston,overlarge spring stiffness or underweight needle valve will make the injector system instable.
