摘要 采用计算效率较高的经验传热系数计算活塞温度场,并根据活塞温度实测数据自动标定模型的边界条件。计算过程采用有限元软件和优化软件耦合的方法,包括建立活塞温度场分析有限元模型、计算误差优化模型、数据交换方法,研究并分析了采用不同的优化算法的标定效果。结果表明这种方法可以显著改善计算精度,可用于其他换热部件的计算,提高温度场计算的精度和效率,具有较高的理论意义和工程应用价值。 The temperature field of a piston was calculated by an empirical heat transfer coefficient of high calculation efficiency,and piston heat exchange boundary conditions were automatically calibrated according to measured piston temperatures.The automatic calibration process used a method coupling the finite element software and optimization software,including the establishment of finite element model of piston temperature field analysis,calculation error optimization model and data exchange approach,and the calibration results with different optimization algorithms were analyzed.The results show that the method used for the automatic calibration can significantly improve the calculation accuracy,indicating that it can be applied to similar calculations of other components with heat exchange to improve calculation accuracy and efficiency.The method has a highly theoretical and engineering value.
