摘要 簧片组的刚度与强度对板簧扭振减振器的减振效果与工作可靠性起决定性作用。基于Bernoulli-Euler梁模型,推导了柴油机板簧扭振减振器的扭转刚度和弯曲应力计算公式,编制了相关计算程序和计算工具,为减振器的设计和使用提供了计算工具。给出了扭转刚度的有限元分析方案和步骤,并检验了力学模型和计算公式的准确性。研究了铜垫片尺寸、簧片的厚度等参数对刚度、强度的影响规律,以指导扭振减振器的设计。 Torsional vibration damper with plate spring is an important part of high power diesel engines,which plays an important role in reducing vibration and crankshaft torque,and the stiffness and strength of springset are the decisive indicators of damping effect and working reliability of dampers.Based on the Bernoulli-Euler beam model,the calculation formulas of torsional stiffness and bending stress of a diesel engine torsional vibration damper with plate spring were deduced,and the relevant calculation procedures and calculation tools were prepared,providing a calculation tool for the design and use of damper.Moreover the finite element analysis scheme and calculation steps of torsional stiffness were given,and the accuracy of the mechanical model and calculation formula were verified.On this basis the influence of the parameters such as the size of the copper gasket and the thickness of the spring on stiffness and strength was studied,which laid the foundation for future design and application of torsional vibration dampers.
