以中软公司的CTT2010SW电报存储转发器及终端设备为硬件构架,基于铁路沿线的IP网,支持TCP/IP传输协议,采用以太网组网结构,更新建设了铁路专用电报通信系统。不仅实现了铁路专用通信原电路文字电报的传送,同时将传统的传真电报(包括表格、图象)也融合到存储转发电报网业务中,解决了铁路电报通信多种业务的接入传送问题,极大的提高了专用电报通信效率,大大节省了人力、节约成本。
