美国多元统一的拉丁裔移民政策及其身份困境研究

Study on the Multi-unification of the Immigration Policy for Latin Americans and the Dilemma of Their Identity Construction

在美国这个以移民为主的西方发达国家，拉丁裔美国人作为美国第一大少数族裔在政治、经济等社会生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。随着新世纪新的移民政策的倾向性和新一任美国总统的尘埃落定，承载了众多标签的"拉丁裔"正试图摆脱其限定的政治和文化内涵，渴望变得丰富而多元，其解释漩涡也散发出越来越强的吸引力。本文试图对美国移民政策的几个阶段进行大致勾勒，并简要分析现阶段拉丁裔美国移民的处境，从而通过文本分析"拉丁裔"美国人的身份构建困境。

America is a developed western country of immigrants,where Latino Americans,the largest ethnic minority,plays an increasingly important role in social life including politics and economy.With the fact that Donald Trump was elected as the new President of the United States of America,and the variation tendency of new immigration policy,Latino Americans,which has been bearing a lot of labels,are now trying to get rid of the restrictive political and cultural connotation,and are eager to become colorful and multicultural.Therefore,the understanding and explanation about Latino Americans appears more attractive to researchers.In this paper,the author outlines the main stages about American immigration policy first,and then analyzes the current situation of Latino American immigrants,before finally approaching to the discussion on the dilemma of identity construction of Latino Americans.
