摘要 文章结合辽东湾新区城市设计实践,从多个角度就城市设计如何更有效地指引规划实践进行了探索,基于整体自然观理念提出了构建生长的城市的三个手段:一是循流生长的城市设计方法,即遵循自然过程,梳理生态系统中的自然流,通过情境模拟评估水土共轭关系,通过风流模拟优化空间形态,确定城市生态网络格局与土地开发强度;二是循序演进的动态发展模式,即遵循城市生长规律,融入动态城市设计的理念,对比分析不同情境下城市的生长过程,选择最适宜的城市发展路径;三是循境提升的特色风貌营造方式,即挖掘区域的文化脉络与场所精神,探寻城市发展的秩序,提炼区域建筑意象,提升城市归属感。辽东湾新区城市设计实现了自然、社会与文化有机融合的城市发展模式,这种发展模式是新型城镇化发展的趋势所向。 Urban design of Liaodong Bay New District is discussed from several perspectives on how the design may effectively guide planning practice.Based on the concept of holistic nature,this paper puts forward three viewpoints of“growing city”:First is the urban design method of“following the flow growth.”The design follows the natural growth process,combs the natural flow in the ecosystem,evaluates the conjugate relationship between water and soil through situational simulation,and determines the pattern of urban ecological network and the intensity of land development.Second is the“sequential evolution”of the dynamic development model.The design respects the law of urban growth;It incorporates the concept of“dynamic urban design”,compares and analyzes the growth process of cities under different situations,and chooses the most suitable urban development path;Third is the characteristic style of“improving the environment”.The cultural context and the spirit of the site of the excavation area are studied to seek the order of urban development,extract the design elements of architectural images,and enhance the sense of belonging of the city.The urban design of Liaodong Bay New District has realized the integration of nature,society and culture.It is an organic urban development model in new urbanization.
