文章在梳理国内外城乡关系理论认知与阶段演进、新型城乡关系内涵的基础上,基于新型城乡关系中经济、社会、空间三大逻辑解析了田园综合体的认知误区,探讨了田园综合体的价值内涵、运行机制与引导策略。研究表明:田园综合体是促进我国城乡经济要素自由流动、弥合城乡社会居民差异、重塑城乡空间价值体系新的实践载体;"多方合作、互利共赢"的多主体发展框架是田园综合体的内在运行机制;田园综合体建设应防止"农业旅游化"、"农民剥夺化"与"农村地产化"倾向。

The paper reviews urban rural relation cognition and evolution as well as new urban-rural interaction,concludes misunderstandings of rural complex in economy,society,and space,discusses its value connotation,operation mechanism,and guidance strategy.The study reveals that rural complex is important in promoting urban rural economic flow,making up urban rural discrepancy,rebuilding urban rural spatial value system;its essential operation mechanism is multiple-cooperation and win-win consensus;and rural complex shall prevent problems of agricultural tourism,rural deprivation,or rural estate development.
