摘要
特色小镇是我国迈入工业化后期城镇空间布局的新模式,更是我国城市群规划建设持续推进的重要成果。文章从工业化时代和后工业化时代的城镇空间特征演变出发,以京津冀地区的特色小镇为研究对象,以长三角地区的特色小镇为参照系,深入剖析了两地特色小镇的产业特征、职能特征和圈层分布特征,发现环京地区呈现出明显的"同心圆"城镇结构,向心性十分明显,而环沪地区呈现出带有后工业时代色彩的"小同心圆+大网络化"的城镇格局。在此基础上,结合国家对特色小镇的发展期许及其他地区的特色小镇经验,提出了特色小镇创建的政策建议。
Characteristic town is a new spatial model in post industrial era,and also an important product of urban agglomeration planning and development.Starting with town space characters in industrial and post industrial age,the paper studies characteristic towns in Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei region,and compares them with those in Yangtze River Delta,and analyzes their industrial,functional,and layout characters.The study reveals that characteristic towns in Beijing metropolitan area has concentric spatial structure,while in Shanghai metropolitan area they have concentric+grid layout with post industrial characters.The paper puts forwards policy suggestions based on.
