摘要
在城镇化减速提质的背景下,村镇互联网的发展为农村脱贫和民生机制创新提供了新的契机,电商产业的发展也对村镇空间形态提出了新的规划诉求与建设要求。行动者网络理论认为村镇电商产业的研究对象是自然与社会的混合体,文章以黑龙江省朗乡镇为例,通过分析电商产业的发展基础及行动者网络理论的适宜性,构建电商产业行动者网络框架、研究形成机制,在电商产业发展路径与规划诉求的引导下,从职能定位、空间体系、产业布局、营销空间、物流系统、配套设施、政策监管与帮扶机制等方面提出朗乡镇电商产业空间优化策略。
Under the background of quality urban development,internet development in villages and towns have provided new opportunities to overcome poverty and innovate mechanism of people’s livelihood.E-commerce development has put forwards new requirements on village and town space.According to actor network theory,the research object of e-commerce in villages and towns is a mixture of nature and society.With Langxiang town as an example,the paper analyzes the adaptability of industrial basis and actor network theory,establishes an actor network,puts forwards improvement strategies from functional orientation,spatial system,industrial layout,business space,logistics system,equipment facilities,policy insurance,and supporting mechanism.
