南昌梅岭“山城融合”规划策略

Planning Strategy Of Meiling Mountain And Nanchang City Integration

党的"十八大"以来,生态文明建设上升为国家战略和基本国策。为贯彻落实江西省建设生态文明先行示范区的相关要求,南昌提出"揽山(梅岭)入城"战略举措,"山城融合"是其中的重要环节。文章针对梅岭与南昌城区之间现状存在的"隔离"问题,提出空间、生态、交通、功能、产业、视线和管理七个方面的"融合"措施与手段,试图探索出一条践行生态文明建设、促进"山城融合"的新路径。

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(NCCPC),ecological civilization construction has become a national strategy.In order to implement leading eco-civilization model construction of Jiangxi province,Nanchang puts forward strategic measures of“recruiting mountains(Meiling)into the city”,of which“integration of mountain and city”is critical.To solve the“isolation”problem between Meiling and Nanchang,the article offers seven integration proposals,including space,ecology,transportation,function,industry,sight,and management.It tries to explore a new way to practice the construction of ecological civilization and promote the integration of mountain and city.
