摘要
采用多案例分析方法,基于资源重构视角探索并识别出制造企业服务转型过程中的环节要素及其作用于企业绩效的关键路径。研究发现:制造企业服务转型过程包括资源调动、资源协调和资源部署三个互动反馈环节,服务转型通过资源互惠溢出和竞争资源稀释两条路径对制造企业绩效发挥作用。
From the perspective of resource reconfiguration,this paper identifies the key elements of servitization process in manufacturing,along with the main pathway of servitization influencing firm's performance by the method of multiple case study.It is shown that the process of servitization includes resource mobilizing,resource coordinating and resource deploying,and resource reciprocal spillover and competitive resource dilution could be used to explain the curvilinear relationship between servitization and firm's performance.
