基于Matlab和IamgeJ的黏土导热性能细观机理

摘要 为探讨黏土孔隙参数对其导热系数的影响,以武汉地区黏土为研究对象进行了导热系数试验,通过CT扫描获得了不同干密度、固结压力下黏土的高精度图像,利用Matlab2016B和Image J图像处理软件识别出土样孔隙参数。试验结果表明:控制黏土土样含水率25%不变,干密度一定时,其导热系数随固结压力的增大而增大,增幅保持在0.34%~3.58%;固结压力一定时,其导热系数随干密度增大而增大,增幅保持在2.34%~12.20%。比较发现,干密度的变化对黏土导热系数影响程度明显高于固结压力的变化,同时黏土导热系数受土样细观结构中的孔隙数目、面积及孔隙率综合影响。 In order to investigate the effect of pore parameters of clay on the thermal conductivity of clay,thermal conductivity tests were carried out on the clay in Wuhan area.The high-precision images of clay under different dry densities and consolidation pressures were obtained by CT scan.The images were processed using Matlab2016B and ImageJ.The software identifies the soil pore parameters.The experimental results show that the clay soil sample containing 25%water content is constant,when the dry density is fixed,the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of consolidation pressure,and the increase rate is maintained between 0.34%and 3.58%;when the consolidation pressure is fixed The thermal conductivity increases with the increase of the dry density,and the increase rate remains between 2.34%and 12.20%.It was found that the influence of the change of dry density on the thermal conductivity of clay was significantly higher than the change of consolidation pressure,and the thermal conductivity of clay was influenced by the number of pores,area and porosity in the microstructure of soil samples.
