Mechanism and Path of the Synergetic Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Tourism Driven by Smart Tourism

京津冀区域旅游协同发展和智慧旅游都是我国旅游业发展中的热点问题,但是现有研究对于二者之间的关系却关注不足。分析了智慧旅游在京津冀区域旅游协同发展过程中的驱动作用,阐述了其驱动机理,探讨了其实现路径。研究发现,京津冀区域旅游协同发展呈现典型的"非均衡协同"特征,区域旅游发展失衡从根本上制约了京津冀区域旅游协同发展的进程。京津冀区域旅游要想实现长期有效协同,必须尽快改变区域旅游发展失衡的状态。智慧旅游凭借其创新机制、学习机制、知识管理机制、资源整合机制和可持续发展机制,在推进京津冀区域旅游协同发展的过程中发挥着关键驱动作用。京津冀三地,尤其是河北省,必须及时抓住智慧旅游的发展机遇,积极探索适合自身的智慧旅游发展路径,才能实现跨越式发展,快速推进京津冀区域旅游协同发展进程。

The synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism and smart tourism are both hot topics in the development of Chinese tourism industry.However,there are still few researches on the relationship between them.So this research focuses on the driving effect of smart tourism on the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism,and analyzes the driving mechanism and explores the implementation path.This research finds that the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism has the characteristic of“unbalanced synergy”.The unbalanced regional tourism development restricts the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism fundamentally.It is necessary to change the unbalanced condition of regional tourism development as soon as possible,if the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism wants to realize long-term effective synergetic development.Smart tourism will promote the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism by innovation mechanism,learning mechanism,knowledge management mechanism,resources integration mechanism and sustainable development mechanism.Beijing,Tianjin and especially Hebei have to grasp the development opportunity of smart tourism and explore the development path suitable for their own,which will promote the great-leap-forward development and speed up the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism.
