China's Financial Industry Opening-up: Review and Prospect

改革开放40年来,我国金融业对外开放取得了长足进展,这一历程可分为四个阶段,具有外资金融机构进入、汇率形成机制改革、金融开放相关法律法规的颁布和完善等标志性事件。下一步,我国金融业对外开放要坚持稳中求进的基本原则,从稳步放开市场准入、加速推进人民币国际化、金融开放和金融改革创新同步发展等方面着重推进金融业对外开放。

After 40 years of reform and opening up,the opening of China's financial industry has made great progress.This process can be divided into 4 stages,with landmark events such as the entry of foreign financial institutions,the reform of the exchange rate formation mechanism,the promulgation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations.In the next step,China's financial opening should adhere to the basic principles of making progress while ensuring stability,and promote the financial opening from the aspects of steady opening of market access,accelerating the internationalization of RMB,synchronous developing financial industry opening and financial reform and innovation.
