企业家才能在新常态经济增长中的稳定作用研究

Research on the Stabilizing Role of Entrepreneurial Ability in New Normal Economic Growth

生产效率提升的过程离不开企业家的重要贡献。本文把企业家才能作为一种可以改进劳动效率的知识加入新古典稳态增长模型,分析表明企业家才能通过提高要素使用效率,降低了人均资本水平,从而拓宽了稳态增长条件,使经济波动发生的可能性得以缓解。因此,我国要维持新常态下经济增长的长期稳定,就必须借助于企业家才能的激励作用,充分发挥劳动力潜能,最终促成新人口红利,从而为我国成功跨越中等收入陷阱提供内生动力。

To maintain the steady economic growth of China,we must accelerate the economic growth pattern transition from the factor-driving to the efficiency or innovation drive successfully.Owing to the important role of entrepreneurs in the innovation,entrepreneurial ability which being the core of management factors plays an important role in the economic transformation in China.This paper argues that entrepreneurial ability could contribute to grasp the market opportunity,increase employment and promote technological progress,and form the management dividend eventually by improving the labor efficiency.Analysis about the expanded new classical steady-state growth model shows that the entrepreneurial ability can significantly improve the factors efficiency,and reduce levels of capital per capita,therefore broaden the steady growth condition,and remit the possibility of economic fluctuations.In brief,the entrepreneurial ability is an important factor of stable economic growth.
