反洗钱通过维护国家金融安全、社会安全、军事安全、能源安全、处理外交事务、经济治理及反腐倡廉等推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。我国反洗钱工作已取得明显成效,但也面临新的挑战。应以国家利益为核心,准确定位反洗钱工作,完善反洗钱法律制度,健全反洗钱工作机制,健全洗钱和恐怖融资风险预防措施,充分发挥反洗钱在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中的作用。

Anti-money laundering advances the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity by safeguarding national financial security,social security,military security,energy security,handling foreign affairs,economic governance and combating corruption and promoting clean government.Anti-money laundering work in our country has achieved remarkable results,but it also faces new challenges.We should take the national interest as the core,accurately locate anti-money laundering work,improve the anti-money laundering legal system,perfect the anti-money laundering working mechanism,improve the money laundering and terrorist financing risk prevention measures,and give full play to the role of anti-money laundering in the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
