摘要
首先分析了具有过热器的特种燃磷塔的结构和工作原理,然后建立物理数学模型,给出辐射对流换热计算关系式和热回收效率计算式;最后以7.5万t/a的热法磷酸生产装置为例,确定过热器结构参数,并对其进行辐射对流传热计算,分析具有过热器的特种燃磷塔的热利用效率,供工程设计参考。
Firstly,the structure and working principle of special phosphoric acid furnace with superheater was analyzed.Then the mathematical model was set up,and the formulas for calculating heat transfer of radiation and convection and for heat re covery efficiency were introduced.Finally,a 75 kt/a thermal process phosphoric acid plant was taken as an example,and the structural parameters of the superheater were analyzed.The heat transfer of radiative convection was calculated.After that,the heat utilization efficiency of special phosphoric acid furnace with superheater was analyzed,so as to provide a reference for the engineering design.
