我国地质资料馆藏机构联合编目前景与问题分析

Prospect and problem analysis of joint cataloging of geological collection agencies in China

随着计算机技术和网络技术的迅猛发展,联合编目工作的优势日益凸显,越来越受到各国的重视。本文从研究国内外图书馆界联合编目现状入手,阐述了目前我国地质资料联合编目存在的问题,分析了开展地质资料联合编目的必要性,提出未来开展联合编目工作需建立联合编目管理体制,全国地质资料馆要发挥带头作用,制定统一的编目数据标准,严格控制编目数据质量等建议,从而有效推进我国各级地质资料馆藏机构的联合编目工作开展。

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the advantages of joint cataloging have become increasingly prominent,and more and more countries have attached importance to it.This paper starts with the current situation of joint cataloging in libraries at home and abroad.From the view of the current status of library cataloguing at home and abroad,the problems of geological data in China and the necessity of developing joint cataloging are discussed in the paper.The authors put forward the measures to promote the joint cataloging work of all geological collection agencies in China,which includes the establishment of a joint cataloging management system,the formulation of a unified cataloging data standard;the National Geological Archives should play a leading role and strictly control the quality of cataloging data.
