摘要
为了控制爆破粉尘及有害气体的产生,依据降尘原理,在昆阳磷矿设计了四种方案开展爆破降尘实验。方案一为对照方案,方案二为单纯水预湿方案,方案三为单纯半水封方案,方案四为半水封与水预湿联合实施方案。通过现场试验得到如下结论:距爆区50m处起爆4s后2min内测得的粉尘平均浓度大小关系为方案一(0.51 mg/m3)>方案二(0.43 mg/m3)>方案三(0.24 mg/m3)>方案四(0.17mg/m3)。综合考虑现场施工操作难易程度和实投际入,半水封与水预湿技术联合实施降尘效果最好,适用于昆阳磷矿的爆破降尘,为矿山创造了良好的工作环境,具有较好的推广应用价值。
In order to control the blasting dust and blasting harmful gases,the experiments of blasting dust control with four schemes were carried out in Kunyang phosphate mine.The first one is the comparison experiment;the second is the pre-watering scheme;the third one is the semi-water seal scheme;the fourth one is the combined scheme semi-water sealing and pre-watering.Through field test,50 meters away from blasting zone after initiating 4 seconds in 2 min closed,the average concentration of dust size relations are as follows:scheme one(0.51mg/m 3)>scheme two(0.43 mg/m 3)>scheme three(0.24 mg/m 3)>scheme four(0.17 mg/m 3).Considering the difficulty level and actual input of site construction operation,combined semi-water seal and pre-watering technology of blasting dust control is best suitable for the Kunyang phosphate mine to create a good working environment for the mine production,and it has good application value.
