摘要
本文概述了微藻脂肪酸生物合成的研究进展,主要包括微藻脂肪酸生物合成途径的解析、影响脂肪酸积累的因素以及微藻脂肪酸生物合成基因工程的研究进展等3个方面的内容。具体阐述了化学因素和物理因素对脂肪酸积累的影响,总结了当前通过基因工程手段提高微藻脂肪酸含量的发展思路,同时结合自身的研究成果对微藻脂肪酸生物合成的研究进行了展望。
In this paper,the progress on fatty acid biosynthesis in microalgae was reviewed,including the fatty acid biosynthetic pathway of microalgae,the influencing factors of fatty acid accumulation,and the gene engineering of fatty acid biosynthesis.It was illustrated the impacts of chemical and physical factors on fatty acid accumulation,summarized the ways to improve production of microalgal lipid contents through genetic engineering.Moreover,discussed the study perspective of microalgal fatty acid biosynthesis was discussed.
