摘要
[目的]筛选防治枣奕刺蛾的有效药剂。[方法]测定5种药剂(高效氯氰菊酯、甲维盐、溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱和灭幼脲)的3种不同处理浓度对枣奕刺蛾的防治效果。[结果]测试药剂均对枣奕刺蛾4龄幼虫的防治效果高于6龄幼虫,且5种杀虫剂随着处理浓度的增加,防治效果均有所提高。施药1 d后,高浓度处理的高效氯氰菊酯防治效果最好,其次为甲维盐、溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱和灭幼脲;施药3 d后,5种供试药剂的防效均增加,甲维盐防效最高,其次为高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、灭幼脲和毒死蜱。[结论]高效氯氰菊酯、甲维盐、溴氰菊酯和灭幼脲均可用于防治枣奕刺蛾幼虫,且在4龄幼虫期防治效果高于6龄幼虫。
[Objective]To screen out the effective potions to control Irsgoides conjuncta.[Method]The control effect of five kinds of insecticides(beta-cypermethrin,abamectin-aminomethyl,deltamethrin,chlorpyrifos and chlorbenzuron)on I.conjuncta under three different treatments was studied.[Result]The insecticides had higher control effect on the four instar larvae than six instar larvae,and the control effect of the five insecticides was increased with the increase of treatment concentration.After the treatment of 1d,the control effect of beta-cypermethrin in high concentration was the best,followed by abamectin-aminomethyl,deltamethrin,chlorpyrifos and chlorbenzuron.After the treatment of 3 d,the control effect of five kinds of test agents increased,and the control effect of abamectin-aminomethyl was the highest,followed by beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,chlorbenzuron and chlorpyrifos.[Conclusion]Beta-cypermethrin,abamectin-aminomethyl,deltamethrin and chlorbenzuron all can be used to control the larvae of I.conjuncta,and the control effect in the four instar larva is higher than that of the six instar larvae.
