摘要 [目的]研究蝉花菌种的分离、鉴定及蝉花营养成分测定。[方法]对从重庆梁平地区采集得到的蝉花进行菌种分离和鉴定,并对蝉花的营养成分进行测定。[结果]分离菌株为蝉拟青霉菌(Paecilomyces cicadae),蝉花含有粗多糖、腺苷、甘露醇、氨基酸等营养成分。[结论]该研究为重庆梁平地区蝉花资源的开发利用提供参考,对扩大传统中药资源、进一步深入研究该菌株的药理作用和人工栽培技术具有重要意义。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the the isolation,identification of the strain from Cordyceps cicadae and determination of the nutrient content of Cordyceps cicadae.[Method]The Cordyceps cicadae strains collected from the Liangping area in Chongqing were isolated and identified,and the nutrient content of Cordyceps cicadae were determined.[Result]The isolated strain was Paecilomyces cicadae and Cordyceps cicadae contained many nutrient contents such as crude polysaccharide,adenosine,mannitol,amino acids and so on.[Conclusion]This study provides reference for the development and utilization of Cordyceps cicadae resources in Liangping area of Chongqing.The results are of great significance for expanding traditional Chinese medicine resources and further researching the pharmacological effects and artificial cultivation techniques of the strain.
